Grant Zaharis has a remarkably diverse background as he has lived in Oklahoma, Texas, Indiana, and now calls Charlotte, Home. He attended UNC Charlotte which is where his love for the city grew and where he found his spark for real estate. Grant paid his way through school as a leasing agent at Arcadia Student Living, a luxury student housing complex in the University area.

Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Biology, he moved to Raleigh for two years and worked in the biotech sales industry. Selling research-grade microscopes to universities, hospitals, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies throughout the southeast. His professional experiences made the transition from selling in the life science industry to selling real estate effortless as they have analogous sales cycles, calculated customer engagements, and the demand for perfection.

The time he spent in the City of Oaks was well enjoyed but the connections, friends, family, and opportunities in the Queen City were hard to forget. Upon returning to Charlotte, Grant found a passion for real estate through finding and flipping distressed single-family homes. He has since started his own business and plans to scale this into wholesaling, rentals, and larger multifamily ventures.

In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, getting his hands dirty with a new project, and having a drink at the newest spots in town with friends. Grant hopes his experience with creative financing and real estate investing in the greater charlotte market will help you in your Real Estate journey!
